- Description
20 W AC Gear Motor, Torque Motor with Gearbox, single phase
Brief
Lower cost AC gear motor & torque motor with gearbox, 3, 5, 6...200 21 different kinds of gear ratio for you to choose. It has 20 W power and 1350 rpm rated speed, works at 110V/ 220V AC single phase voltage. The torque and speed can be adjusted by changing the voltage of the motor because of the large starting torque.
Description
20W AC torque motor with high torque and low speed, will operate satisfactorily on 50 or 60 Hz. Our torque motor has high starting torque and sloping characteristics, allowing speed control simply by changing the voltage of the power supply. Special rotor provides excellent performance for holding, winding, and tensioning applications.

Tips: What is the starting torque, rated torque, maximum torque and overload capacity of a motor?
- Starting torque. When the motor is started immediately after the power is turned on, the torque when the speed n = 0 and the slip s = 1 is called the starting torque of the motor.
- Rated torque. The motor can work for a long time under the rated voltage and rated frequency. The maximum allowable torque output on the shaft is called the rated torque.
- Maximum torque. The maximum torque produced by an electric motor is called the maximum torque of the motor. If the load torque is greater than the maximum torque of the motor, the motor can not start.
- Overload capacity. The ratio of the maximum torque to the rated torque is called the overload capacity of the motor, which is an important data to measure the short time overload and operation stability of the motor. The motor's overload capacity is usually between 1.8 and 2.5 times.
