Feature:

Structure:

1.   Intermittent roll feed adopting the cam driving system.

2.   feed length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears.

3.   The system is driven by lower roll.The upper roll is pressed by the spring.

4.   Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rolls in case of inserting the material.

5.   Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated atomatically.

6.   Upper and lower rolls are hard chrom plated.

7.   Slacking device iss eccentricity cam,so slacking angle is within 0°~180°,and is adjustable.
