6 kW water cooled CNC spindle motor, 24000 rpm speed, 3.18 Nm torque, 400Hz frequency, 3 phase 220V/380V AC operating voltage, ER25 (φ3.175 mm - φ16 mm) collet.

Application

Note: The spindle motor and VFD shall be suitable with each other. The specifications and parameter settings of the VFD shall match the nominal parameters of the spindle motor. Otherwise, it will burn the spindle motor if the settings are not correct.

Tips: High Speed Spindle Motor Internal Structure

  1. The main rotating body of the high-speed spindle motor is the shaft. Manufacturing accuracy directly affects the final accuracy of the spindle motor. The finished product has high requirements for the dimensional accuracy of the rotating shaft. When the rotating shaft is running at high speed, the eccentric mass causes vibration, which seriously affects its dynamic performance. Therefore, strict dynamic balance testing of the rotating shaft is required. The parts installed on the shaft should also be tested for dynamic balance along with the shaft.
  2. The core supporting component of the high-speed spindle motor is a high-speed precision bearing. Because the higher speed of the motor spindle depends on the function, size, arrangement and lubrication method of the bearing. Therefore, this kind of bearing needs to have the advantages of good high-speed performance, high dynamic load carrying capacity, good lubrication performance, and low heat generation.
  3. Whether the high-speed motor spindle is in good condition is also greatly affected by the lubrication system. The typical lubrication method is to use oil mist lubrication or air-oil mixture lubrication. The former is mainly to atomize the lubricating oil to lubricate the bearing, and the lubricating oil cannot be recycled, which causes serious air pollution. The latter is to directly blow the lubricating oil into the bearing with high-pressure air, which not only lubricates but also plays a role in heat dissipation.
