3-phase AC gear motor works at 1 hp rated power, gear ratio 3:1~100:1 for selection, torque 1.1~43.2 kg.m, shaft diameter 28mm/32mm, power supply 1-phase/3-phase 110V/220V/380V, horizontal/vertical installation. 750W electric gear motor can operated with a 90V brake to control power cutting.
Description
1 hp 3 -phase AC gear motor is the electric motor for speed control, producing high torque, matched brake is optional, different gear ratio to choose (3~100:1), the smaller reduction ratio, the higher gearbox output speed.

AC Gear Motor Standard Installation
- All the SOCOJE 3-phase AC gear motors are suitable for this installation method, as shown in the following diagram.
- In the diagram, Q1, Q4, Q7, Q8 are the standard types of oil hole direction. If you need the air hole be on a special position, please contact us to modify the air hole direction.
- In actual use, it is recommended to pull out the oil plug in the air hole to balance the pressure in gearbox.

Tips: Precautions for using 3-phase AC gear motor.
- Do not use 3-phase AC gear motor outside the specifications specified on the gearbox and motor nameplate or product catalog to avoid electric shock, injury and damage to the device.
- Do not put your fingers or objects into the opening of gear box or the 3-phase AC gear motor.
- Do not use a damaged gearbox or gear motor to avoid injury, fire, etc.
- Do not remove the nameplate. If users modify the 3-phase AC gear motor privately, the damage will not be covered by the warranty.
- When moving the 3-phase AC gear motor, avoid dangerous actions such as falling off or overturning.
- It is strictly forbidden to place combustibles around the gearbox and motor to avoid fire.
- Do not place objects around the 3-phase AC gear motor to avoid affecting the ventilation and cooling of the motor, or even burns or fire due to excessive heat.
- Do not touch the wheel, the end of motor shaft, and the key groove of gear without gloves to avoid injury.
- In the rotating part of 3-phase AC gear motor, please install a safety cover or other devices to prevent injuries.
- Before connecting with other machinery, please confirm the rotation direction. If the rotation direction is incorrect, it may cause personal injury or damage the device.
