Tips: What are the common problems in the application of planetary reducer?
- The pressure in the fuel tank rises: In a closed reducer, when each pair of gears are in conflict, the heat must be announced. According to Boyle Mallot’s law, as the working time increases, the temperature in the reducer case gradually rises. The internal volume of the reduction box remains unchanged, so the pressure in the box increases accordingly, and the lubricating oil in the box is splashed and spilled on the inner wall of the reduction box. Due to the relatively strong oil permeability, under the pressure in the tank, where the seal is not tight, the oil will leak out from where.
- Unreasonable structural planning of the reducer causes oil leakage: If the planned reducer does not have a vent cover, the reducer cannot complete the pressure equalization, causing the pressure in the box to become higher and higher, and oil leakage occurs.
- Too much lubricating oil: during the work process of the reducer, the oil pool is agitated fiercely, and the lubricating oil splashes everywhere in the machine. If the lubricating oil is too much, a lot of lubricating oil will accumulate on the shaft seal, joint surface, etc., resulting in leakage.
