Tips: How to improve the hydraulic orbital motor speed?
Increasing the flow rate can increase the speed of the hydraulic orbital motor, but it will more or less affect its service life. As long as it is within its rated power range, there is no problem. If the oil pressure reaches the rated pressure, increasing the speed will exceed the power range it can withstand. But it will damage the life of the cycloid hydraulic motor.
Increasing the flow rate can only increase the speed limit, like 500 rpm to 900 rpm. It is recommended to change the model of the motor, the cycloid motor flow is increased to a certain extent, the speed will not increase uncontrollably, the internal oil pressure increases, and the internal leakage increases, the efficiency drops directly, or the motor is damaged.
