- Speed: Good high-speed performance, rated speed can reach 1000-3000 rpm.
- Adaptability: SOCOJE heavy duty servo motors with strong anti-overload capability, able to withstand a load three times the rated torque, especially suitable for occasions with instant load fluctuations and requiring quick start.
- Stable: Our AC brushless servo motors have smooth low-speed operation, no stepping phenomenon similar to stepper motor will occur when running at low speed, suitable for occasions occasions requiring fast response.
- Timeliness: The dynamic response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is short, generally within tens of milliseconds.
- Safety: SOCOJE AC servo motor protection grade is IP65, which meets the waterproof and dustproof requirements.

Tips: Servo motor vs. stepper motor
The control methods of stepper motors and servo motors are different. The stepper motor controls the rotation angle by controlling the number of pulses. One pulse corresponds to one step angle. However, because there is no feedback signal, the motor does not know where it is, and the position accuracy is not high enough. The servo motor also controls the rotation angle by controlling the number of pulses. Each time the servo motor rotates one angle, a corresponding number of pulses will be sent out, and the drive will also receive the feedback signal, which is compared with the pulse received by the servo motor. In this way, the system will know how many pulses are sent to the servo motor and how many pulses are withdrawn at the same time. In this way, the rotation of the motor can be controlled very accurately, thereby achieving precise positioning. The accuracy can reach 0.001mm.
