Tips: The difference in overload capacity between stepper motor and AC servo motor
Stepper motors generally do not have overload capacity. When using, you must ensure that the load is within the required range. Once overload occurs, normal operation will be affected.
But the AC servo motor is just the opposite. It has a relatively strong overload capacity, and can be more complicated in the application. The load exceeds the rated value and can still function normally, and it will not cause adverse effects because the load is not within the required range.
