Tips: How to install Nema 6 micro stepper correctly?
- Wire distribution of the Nema 6 micro stepper needs to be straightened and not bent, otherwise it will cause problems such as poor electrical conductivity inside the motor.
- In the process of installing Nema 6 micro stepper, pay attention to protect the DC motor from impact. When installing structural parts on the output shaft of DC motor, it is not allowed to directly hit or press on the output shaft.
- Do not forcefully rotate the gear from the shaft end of Nema 6 micro stepper, otherwise the gear will be damaged. When fixing the transmission structure with adhesive on the reducer output shaft, the bearing of reducer cannot be adhered.
